Acceptgiro (giro collection form): What you can do

• Always fill in Acceptgiros with a black or blue pen. Other writing instruments may cause processing errors.
• Check whether the amount and account number on the Acceptgiro corresponds with the invoice.
• Make sure your mailbox is secure. It should not be easy to fish information out of your mailbox. Ask somebody to empty your mailbox if you are spending time away from home.
