E-purse: What the bank does

You use your PIN to load your e-purse. So nobody other than yourself can load the e-purse. If you key in the wrong PIN three times, the bank blocks the e-purse on your debit card and you can no longer pay with the e-purse. Contact your bank to have your e-purse balance credited back to your current account. You do not need the PIN to pay with the e-purse. You simply insert the e-purse in the terminal and press YES.
