Transfer forms: What you can do

• Keep your transfer forms in a safe place.
• Never put your signature on transfer forms that you have not yet filled in. Only sign the transfer form once you have completed the form and then send it directly to the bank.
• Never fill in your transfer form with a pencil; always use a black or blue pen.
